“When we first arrived as we drove up the private drive and parked outside this stunning property, we were amazed by the elegance and size of this building.

As we entered the house, Ruth and I were actually taken aback by the size and quality of the property. The main house features three equally stunning spacious en suite bedrooms which can sleep six people in total. All with King size pocket sprung beds. This was the hard part for Ruth and I,choosing a bedroom as all offered wonderful views over the Langdale Valley and beyond.

The top floor occupies a huge space and combines a beautiful penthouse den which includes play station 4,large TV and blu ray player as well as board games and a lovely table football game which will keep both adults and children occupied. Next to this is a huge bedroom with a beautiful en suite.

Below two equally beautiful bedrooms are located again with luxury en suites and the most amazing views across the valley to wake up to.

This property would easily be able to accommodate three couples or larger families with complete privacy without compromise on quality or space. However Ruth and I were lucky enough to have all this space to ourselves. We live in a large modern apartment so are in fact used to space and the latest modern technology. We were pleasantly surprised that Brunt House had combined Victorian elegance but with every luxury and quality modern convenience available.

The grand drawing room is very tasteful combining contemporary and traditional design. Italian leather sofas, luxury throws, huge flat screen TVs and a log burner with a quirky table make for a very relaxing evening in front of a roaring fire.

A huge stunning modern cooks kitchen and dining room is adjoining the grand drawing room which really does combine modern design in a traditional property and has every luxury and utensil you should require.

The view from the dining room and lovely relaxing seating area meant we spent much time just relaxing and really winding down.

Brunt House does not feel like a holiday home, from the moment Ruth and I arrived, quality and luxury was apparent.”
